❗ Missing or Delayed Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days for UK orders and 30 business days for international orders of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@masukatrading.com. We’ll investigate and work to make it right.
🚫 Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, you may be responsible for re shipping costs.
